The final decision regarding the approval or refusal of any visa, residence permit, entry permit, or other immigration-related authorization rests exclusively with the immigration authorities, embassy, consulate, or other official institutions of the destination country.
Accordingly, our organization does not provide any guarantee or undertaking regarding the issuance of a visa, residence permit, or final approval of any application by the competent authorities. We shall bear no responsibility for visa refusals, processing delays, legal or regulatory changes, or any decisions made by official authorities.

ApplyNowTR (a service operated by ARIANAOXUS LTD.) acts as an authorized independent international education representative and consultancy. Our core activities comprise evaluating academic credentials, providing comparative program guidance, expediting student application dossiers to partner universities in Türkiye, and securing official conditional and unconditional letters of acceptance.
While ApplyNowTR maintains close direct working relationships with university international admissions offices to maximize scholarship quotas and review times, final admission decisions, credit transfers, tuition schedules, and scholarship allocations are determined autonomously and exclusively by each university's faculty senate and admissions committee.
ApplyNowTR is not an embassy, consulate, or governmental immigration authority. We do not issue visas or residence permits (İkamet). All immigration regulations, required documentation standards, interview evaluations, processing timelines, and granting decisions remain under the sole jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Turkish Embassies/Consulates abroad, and the Presidency of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi Başkanlığı).
Applicants and partner counselors bear sole legal responsibility for the genuineness, accuracy, and legal validity of all academic certificates, diplomas, transcripts, identification documents, and sworn translations submitted for processing.
