By accessing our website (applynowtr.com), submitting student application materials, or utilizing our consultancy services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Consultancy Services

ApplyNowTR provides educational advisory, university program selection, document verification, and direct application submission services to partner higher education institutions in the Republic of Türkiye.

Our services are focused on facilitating communication between prospective international students and university international admissions offices to secure formal conditional acceptance letters and enrollment confirmations.

3. Applicant Responsibilities & Document Authenticity

By submitting an application through ApplyNowTR, you affirm and warrant that:

• All information, academic transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and passport details provided are genuine, authentic, accurate, and complete.
• You are the legitimate holder of the submitted academic records or an authorized educational counselor acting on behalf of the applicant.
• Any falsification of documents, counterfeit records, or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of services and cancellation of university admissions.

4. Limitation of Liability & Scope

We provide services solely in the areas of consultation, guidance, document preparation, and securing academic admission from universities in Turkey.

The final decision regarding the approval or refusal of any visa, residence permit, entry permit, or other immigration-related authorization rests exclusively with the immigration authorities, embassy, consulate, or other official institutions of the destination country.

Accordingly, our organization does not provide any guarantee or undertaking regarding the issuance of a visa, residence permit, or final approval of any application by the competent authorities. We shall bear no responsibility for visa refusals, processing delays, legal or regulatory changes, or any decisions made by official authorities.

5. University Tuition & Deposit Policies

Any tuition payments, enrollment seat deposits, or registration fees paid by students are remitted directly to the designated official bank accounts of the chosen Turkish universities. Refund terms, enrollment deadlines, and fee policies are governed strictly by the respective university's bylaws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, software, and design features on applynowtr.com remain the intellectual property of ARIANAOXUS LTD. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, alongside applicable local regulations governing educational advisory operations in Türkiye.
